Life Happens Policy
Your patronage is deeply valued, and we honor the significance of your time and choices. In our commitment to maintaining the exceptional standards of service and care you deserve, we have updated our scheduling policy.
Understanding that unforeseen circumstances may prompt schedule adjustments, we request a minimum of 24 hours notice for any changes. We recognize that illnesses arise and will take that into consideration.
Effective from 11/28/23, a $100 deposit for color services will be mandatory for all new clients.
In the spirit of fairness and respect for everyone's time, our existing clients will also be subject to this deposit policy if they have rescheduled two or more services within a 24-hour window of their appointment.
This policy is implemented to ensure the seamless operation of our services, fostering an environment where we can continue to deliver an exceptional experience for each of our clients.
